Terms & Conditions

Our guest rooms vary in size and are only available for one family per room. Each room is beautifully decorated to the highest standard. The rooms are fully insulated, have thermostatically controlled heating and have double glazed windows overlooking the garden or courtyard. The rooms have cushion flooring with rugs, a choice of luxury sleeping areas and a choice of enclosed or open litter trays depending on the needs of your cat(s). Your beloved cat will be showered with love whilst in our care.

Our fees are charged at a daily rate which enable you to have flexibility of arrival and departure times, all agreed at time of booking.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at booking to reserve your dates. The balance is payable on/before arrival, either by cash or bank transfer. (we don’t have credit card facilities at present).

We offer a collect/drop off service at a cost of £1 per mile.

We are fully licensed by South Lanarkshire Council and insured by Cliverton Insurance. We will use our vets Clyde Valley Vet Group should the need arise. If you prefer your vet to be used, we can arrange this but and will be at your own expense plus the cost for transport. Our insurance will not cover any existing illness.

Vaccinations

I follow the guidelines from the World Small Animal Veterinary Association www.wsava.org/guidelies/vaccination-guidelines and will accept any cat that has had it kitten vaccination course plus either an annual booster or a titre test.  WSAVA supports the use of Titre Testing which gives you level of immunity against core diseases which they are vaccinated against. Vaccination and or titre testing results must be produced prior to the cat(s) being accommodated.

Right to refuse admittance

Springbank Luxury Cat Hotel reserve the right to refuse any cat(s) that are considered unwell at the time of arrival.
